Via Planetree Web Eduation worden de internationale goede voorbeelden met elkaar gedeeld. Het is als het ware een online presentatie, waarbij alle deelnemers aan de Web Education de gelegenheid krijgen vragen te stellen.

Creating the Next Retreat

The staff retreat process is an important element in the cultural transformation of any organization. Designing a retreat includes experiential and didactic activities that help staff members at all levels of the organization learn about healthcare from the patient’s perspective. The second level staff retreats build on the work begun during the initial staff retreats which introduced employees to the Patient-centered care model, concepts and principles.
Second level retreats will take participants deeper into the principles and concepts of Patient-centered care while exploring new areas like building trust, collaborative teamwork, and improved communication.
Participants will be able to:
– Identify topics for creating a retreat
– Learn what builds and conversely, destroys trust in the workplace.
– Learn a new definition of accountability
– Understand why compassionate companies thrive
– Identify ways to be more caring in the workplace.
